Omaha is ranked as the 24th most pet-friendly city (the highest it’s ever been) thanks to our relatively low cost of living and pet care. Veterinarian numbers are low, too, though our outdoor amenities are lower than most places on the list. Climate might have something to do with that, but mostly it’s about topography, geography. Things are looking up, Omaha! Lincoln is ranked just ahead of Omaha, taking 21st place.
