It’s Doggie Dip Time!

Near the end of the summer, when city pools are ready to call it a season, the Nebraska Humane Society and Omaha’s Parks and Recreation bring dog lovers an opportunity to take a dip. Three Doggie Dips are scheduled for August and will occur on the dates below (unless weather intervenes).
The pools stay open late on their last night of operation so that the dogs can take a swim. The cost is $5 per pooch (That covers two humans as well. Extra humans are $1 each). Please arrive with your dog on leash.
SCHEDULE
- Sunday, August 2 5:30-7 p.m. at Lee Valley Pool (located at 10605 Charles St.)
- Wednesday, August 5 6-7:30 p.m. at Cryer Pool (located at 11783 Cryer Ave.)
- Sunday, August 9 5:30-7 p.m. at Gallagher Pool (located at 2936 N 52nd St.)
