Canines in Costume Event – Midlands Humane Society

On October 19, 2014, The 6th Annual Midlands Humane Society “Canines in Costume” event will be held at Bayliss Park in Council Bluffs. The event will be from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. on that Sunday. Bring your pup (in costume or out) to the park for a fun, free day of exercise, activities and socialization. It’s sure to be a great day, so mark your calendars and plan to attend!
