(Giant) Pet Birthday Parties? You bet!
It’s not unusual to spoil pets. Whenever we see that extra-cool toy or a fresh baked treat at a favorite humane pet store, we can’t help ourselves. What’s better than seeing the little one you love jump for joy? Not much.
Some pet owners have taken the spoiling to, as we say in the Midwest, a “whole nother level.” Instead of a little treat or singing “Happy Birthday” to a pet, there’s a giant celebration. Personalized cupcakes for a pet and all her friends, decorations, candles, outfits- none of these things are too much it seems.
Do a quick search on Instagram for “Pet Birthdays” or just scroll through your feed. We’re guessing what you see will leave you a little surprised. You may even feel a bit sorry for not doing a big shindig for your pooch or kitty. Don’t feel obligated, but imagine how your pet feels when her buddies all have a special, only-human-child-level b-day party setup!
