Take a Dip with your Dog with the Nebraska Humane Society!

Each year, one of the most anticipated events for dogs and their humans happens at the end of summer when the City pools are set to shut down. For a couple of hours before the drains are pulled, dogs can swim their hearts out at a number of Omaha pools for just five bucks.
Hopefully the weather is cooperative so people and pups can enjoy time together in the water this year! Below, you’ll find details on two Doggie Dip events.
Cost: $5 per dog (includes two handlers), and $1 for each additional human
- Aug. 6, 5:30 to 7 p.m.
- Lee Valley Pool | 10605 Charles St.
- Aug. 13, 5:30 to 7 p.m.
- Gallagher Pool | 2936 N. 52nd St.
